Abstract

This paper describes several successful cases of ADD/ADHD neurotherapy which were completed in less than 20 sessions. The paper also describes the protocol used to treat these patients and suggests neurophysiological bases for the protocol components. The protocol is unique in that theta is "rewarded" along with beta in one of its components. This combination produces complementary activity at another site which is believed to be partly responsible for the efficiency of this protocol. Experimental observations are reported to support the claim of frequency band interaction. Someramifications on current treatment practices are discussed.
